How do I set the PATH system variable for Windows command line?

For Windows XP,

1. Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings
2. Click on Environment Variables, under System Variables, find PATH, and click on it.
3. Click Edit, modify PATH by adding the location

For Windows 7,

1. Right click "My Computer" and choose Property.
2. Advanced System Settings
3. Click on Environment Variables, under System Variables, find PATH, and click on it.
4. Click Edit, modify PATH by adding the location

問題2: 用滑鼠點一下圖示就開啟(原本應點兩下開啟)

資料夾選項 - 一般 -

目前被改成「按一下開啟(指向項目以選擇)」

改回按兩下以開啟項目
