How to Stop PowerPoint turning your straight ' into a curly ’

1. Open PowerPoint.

2. Go to File → Options.

3. In the left list, click Proofing.

4. Click the button AutoCorrect Options….

5. Go to the tab AutoFormat As You Type.

6. Find the option "Straight quotes" with “smart quotes” and uncheck it.

7. Click OK → OK.
